1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of clinipeak.com and introductory appointments booked with CliniPeak. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Our services
CliniPeak provides marketing implementation, training and support for health and wellness practices. The website explains our approach and lets you contact us, subscribe to updates or book an introductory call.
Website content is general information. It is not medical, legal, accounting or other regulated professional advice. CliniPeak does not provide clinical care through this website.
Paid services are subject to a separate proposal or client agreement. That agreement sets out the agreed scope, fees, responsibilities, delivery arrangements, cancellation terms and any specific guarantee. If there is a conflict concerning a paid service, the relevant client agreement takes priority over these website terms, subject to applicable law.
3. Enquiries and introductory calls
Please provide accurate information when contacting us or booking. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you should have authority to make the enquiry or arrangement.
Booking an introductory call does not commit you to purchasing a service and does not, by itself, create a paid client agreement. Unless clearly stated otherwise when you book, introductory calls are free.
If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email or contact us as soon as possible. We may reschedule an appointment or decline a booking where it is unsuitable, duplicated or abusive.
4. Website content and results
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current, but information and service availability may change. Please confirm important details with us before relying on them.
Case studies, testimonials and examples describe particular experiences. They do not promise that another practice will achieve the same outcome. Marketing results depend on factors including the service offered, local demand, budget, implementation and follow-up.
Unless expressly included in an agreed offer or client agreement, we do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, bookings, patients, sales or a particular return on advertising spend. This does not limit any guarantee we expressly give or any rights you have under applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with the website's operation.
- Use the website to infringe another person's rights or misuse their information.
- Copy or exploit our content commercially without permission, except where the law allows it.
Please do not submit identifiable patient information or sensitive health records through public enquiry or booking forms.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, CliniPeak or its licensors own the website's content, branding, designs and materials.
You may view the website and download or print reasonable extracts for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or adapt our materials for commercial use without written permission, except where permitted by law or an express licence.
Ownership and permitted use of materials created for a client are addressed in that client's agreement.
7. Third-party tools and links
Our website uses or links to third-party services, including Cal.com, Klaviyo and Meta. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of external websites or their availability.
Our own handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Agreeing to these website terms does not, by itself, give consent to optional tracking or marketing emails.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may make changes, carry out maintenance or restrict access where reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date and will govern future website use. An update does not retrospectively change an existing client agreement.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. South African courts may hear disputes concerning them, subject to any mandatory rights you have to use another court or dispute resolution process under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory protections that apply to you in your country of residence. If you have a concern, please contact info@clinipeak.com so that we can try to resolve it.
